Cancellation Policy

Here's our policy....

Standard Reservations
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required by 5 p.m. 7 days in advance of your arrival date or 14 days during one of our holiday/special event weeks (see the list below). Your card will not be charged if you cancel before your cancellation period ends.

Your card is charged once you enter the cancellation period 7 or 14 days before arrival. If you cancel your reservation inside the cancellation window, you will not receive a refund but the amount you were charged less your first night's stay may be used for up to 1 year on a future reservation. Please contact us via phone when making the future reservation so we may apply your credit. You will receive an email with the amount of your credit.

For reservations made with the NON-REFUNDABLE ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE-- No refunds or rainchecks can be issued. No exceptions.

 

No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.

Large Reservations (over $2,000)

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit when booking a large reservation. This deposit is non-refundable but may be used on a rescheduled reservation unless the cancellation is less than 7 days before arrival. Cancellations after 5 p.m. on the 7th day before arrival forfeit their deposit.

The balance will be charged 14 days before arrival and no refunds will be given.

 

Holidays
Holidays that require the 14 day cancellation are:

New Years week

March 4 through March 21 for Spring Break

Memorial Day weekend Friday through Monday

Independence Day week June 30 through July 11

Labor Day weekend in September Friday through Monday

Thanksgiving Week beginning the Saturday before Thanksgiving and through the Sunday following Thanksgiving in November

Christmas holiday through new years December 18 through Jan 8.
